Move over white button mushrooms! Meet your new pantry must-have: Dr. Fuhrman’s Forest Mushroom Blend, a harvested blend from the pristine Northwestern forests. These mushrooms are dried at 120°F so they are shelf-stable and always available for your cooking needs. This combination of the tastiest four varieties – shiitake, porcini, oyster and black trumpet – is an easy and convenient way to add incredible depth of flavor to your favorite Nutritarian sauces, soups and entrees.

Economical There’s no waste. Use exactly what you need, without worrying about fresh mushrooms spoiling. Plus, eight ounces of dried mushrooms rehydrates to the equivalent of four to five pounds of fresh.

Convenient Most grocery stores carry just a few basic types of mushrooms. You’ll enjoy the nuanced flavors of these delicious, and often hard-to-find varieties.

Flavorful Mushrooms add umami – a unique, savory flavor – to your favorite dishes. It’s an easy way to elevate your dining experience and take your dishes from delicious to outstanding.

Health benefits Dr. Fuhrman recommends eating mushrooms daily; they are an integral part of a Nutritarian diet. Their unique compounds, called beta-glucans, are powerful promoters of immune system health. Check one for G-BOMBS™!
