Simply add your favorite nut milk to our oats, stir, and let it soak overnight in the fridge. Wake up ready to enjoy the spectrum of micronutrients in each jar. (In a hurry? Let it soak for 30 minutes and enjoy.) You’ll never settle for a boring breakfast ever again!

Enjoy our oats hot or cold!

COLD: Pour one Doc's Daughters packet into a 12 oz. jar. Pour in 2/3 cup of plant milk. Stir to blend or cover to shake. Refrigerate overnight for 7 to 9 hours for a creamy texture. Enjoy your healthy breakfast at home or on the go! (If you’re in a hurry you can soak it for 30 minutes).

HOT: Pour one Doc's Daughters packet into a small pot and add up to 1 cup of plant milk. Bring to a soft boil, then lower the heat. Stir occasionally until the oats reach you desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl. Start the day with the comforting taste of gluten-free oatmeal!
