Enjoy our oats hot or cold!
COLD: Pour one Doc's Daughters packet into a 12 oz. jar. Pour in 2/3 cup of plant milk. Stir to blend or cover to shake. Refrigerate overnight for 7 to 9 hours for a creamy texture. Enjoy your healthy breakfast at home or on the go! (If you’re in a hurry you can soak it for 30 minutes).
HOT: Pour one Doc's Daughters packet into a small pot, and add up to 1 cup of plant milk. Bring to a soft boil, then lower the heat. Stir occasionally until the oats reach you desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl. Start the day with the comforting taste of gluten-free oatmeal!
