    Thai Curry Yummy Goodness!

    I love this! It is pretty thick, so I do thin it a little bit. I'm using it as a salad dressing. I take 2 heaping table spoons and mix it with about 4 tablespoons of pomagranate juice and it makes a great dressing. I've ordered some more because I can't wait to use it for a veggie saute!

    I purchased 3 sauces to try: the mushroom Alfredo, mole and the Thai curry. We just used the Thai curry on a whole cauliflower cooked in a Moroccan tagine. I have never had a more delicious tasting oil-free curry. We left the sauce thick and it browned and tasted so sweet and complex. I’ll be buying another jar asap. I’m also very excited to try the other sauces. These make perfect gifts!

    I got two jars with my 10 in 20 made easy kit. I really like it. Has a great curry flavor and I know I can use it to combine a few misc. veggies for a very good meal in the wok. I am keeping it in the pantry so I have a tasty option after work if I didn't plan ahead.

    Enjoyed watching Dr. Fuhrman make this on one of his kitchen videos. So I bought one. Strong flavor. Thick. It's not to bad tasting. Especially since I've never liked the spice cumin. Chuckles, but I added a little water to make it thinner, and (sorry) a little low sodium Soy Sauce stirred in with it (which I'm hooked on still) (don't like Bragg's brand) but it's not to bad. I use it on my salads and stir fry. Happy Camper here!
