I think the recipes should be all 1 servings, because they rarely repeat and then you are either left with way too much extra food or you have to substitute another meal (and maybe miss out) for the extra you have cooked. Also it was annoying to have to make the math to make it 1 serving everyday. I discovered some interesting dressings but I don't think I would suggest people to spend 15 dollars for this pdf, it would make more sense to buy one of his books.
I love this book because it takes all the guess work out of what to eat from meal to meal and day to day. I am very pleased with the recipes so far. I am already feeling much better. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to take the guesswork out of planning.
