Organic Flax Seeds
Flax seeds should be eaten everyday. They contain omega-3 fatty acids (the heart-healthy fat), micronutrients, and fiber allowing them to help with digestion, and lower blood pressure and LDL (bad) cholesterol.
Organic Matcha Green Tea
Matcha is very high in antioxidants, especially catechins. One study found that matcha contains up to 3 times more antioxidants than other high-quality teas. It’s a form of green tea that’s been enjoyed in China and Japan for hundreds of years.
